Introduction

The starting point was to turn learning into something interactive, dynamic and genuinely engaging.

The project was born out of a concrete need: to present an interactive solution clear and dynamic enough for the audience to understand the value of the experience from the very first contact. Educapuzzle is a platform that gamifies content for more engaging, fun and effective classes and reviews, letting teachers build interactive lessons with questions, challenges and rewards.

The thinking behind the product was: "how can we create the learning methodology we wish we'd had back in high school."

Project challenges

Turning the ecosystem, dynamics and progression of an education game into an educational entertainment game.

Educapuzzle's design combined mechanics, interface and progression systems from entertainment games so the experience had clear appeal, with a system ready to receive any kind of educational content — financial education, math, Portuguese, any subject could be adapted to the game.

We prioritized gameplay consistency and the addition of interactive content, along with performance tracking and direct feedback from users.

Results

An engaging, dynamic and educational game.

Similarity to the games students already play at home purely for entertainment, content that's easy for teachers or content managers to apply, and greater effectiveness in student learning.
